MENTORING
Having the opportunity to mentor since 2001 gave me the chance to get a great feel for what is necessary in preparing individual young professionals for the direction that they should follow on their path to success.
I have worked with the P.R.E.P. system for years with High school students and it has proven successful for them and their parents. I have taken that same approach and organized a plan for your career. Of course, many of the circumstances won't be the same for each individual, but the outcome could be. Success could be measured on the effort you give, not how often you've tried, meaning you only fail when you give up.
In preparing for your life outside of football it will take a serious attitude towards the management of your choices and opportunities. I take a no-hidden agenda approach to making you successful at whatever you choose to do. I deal honestly with everyone who will be a part of your success and I expect the same respect from those who I come to meet.
Your career and successes will be tailored to you. Allow me the opportunity to make sure that it fits properly and will last beyond your lifetime.
