Your Contract is the most important part of your career. The first contract is just as important as your last. Honestly speaking, in some instances the first one may be the last. It is imperative that we make sure that you are well taken care of in each one.
Today contracts are very standard and air-tight. Yet there are opportunities for growth based on many factors that may or may not affect you. If there are any opportunities that are available to you, rest assured that we will request them.
Every aspect of the contract will be closely monitored and well thought out for the future. You will be obligated to perform at a high level and the expectation will be that your contract will reward you for such.
There are no guarantees for career longevity, but I will be there to assist you in making the necessary choices to make the absolute most of the possibilities provided. We will work to put you in the best position to seek a second, third and possibly fourth playing contract.
